1 June 2016: A new association has been formed called
The Belsize Business Group
A number of Belsize traders, residents and a local Councillor have formed an association called the Belsize Business Group.
It's purpose is to work with our neighbourhood businesses and involve them in local planning issues. The business group plans to work closely with Camden Council and with the Hampstead and Belsize Town Team.
The group's aims include nurturing local businesses, especially independent traders, to help create a successful environment for businesses, residents and visitors and, thereby, to maintain a supportive and caring community. It is widely recognised that independent traders are the heart of a community.
The group also aims to work with landlords, lessors, lessees and developers in order to maintain a diverse high street while protecting the charm and unique character of Belsize Park.
