Oma Jang is a designer from South Korea who founded her clothing and textiles studio in 2010. Her very special collection cleverly weaves the skills of traditional craftsmanship with an understated contemporary design.
Oma says ‘my design is textile led, with a focus on subtle texture and simplicity expressed in uncomplicated lines; balancing shadow and light, a dance of chiaroscuro.
The Oma look whispers a timeless aesthetic, with materials of lasting quality, natural dyes and hand-made seaming. Each piece is unique and handcrafted with great care.’
